Many of our clients have purchased multiple videos, subscription services and reports from us over the years. If you are able to access one product but not another:



  • Did you purchase using the same email address?

Our system tracks accounts based on the email entered in the Order Form at purchase. If you use multiple emails (i.e. work and private) you may want to double check your Order Confirmation email to see if the product is assigned to a different email. This would also show if a typo occurred or alternative font was used. If you can't find the Order Confirmation email contact us at helpdesk@moneytalks.net. We can combine multiple accounts under a single email as well.



  • Are you trying to access a monthly subscription product?

Subscribers to Michael Campbell's Inside Edge or other recurring billing service may be denied access if the credit card assigned to the account has expired or been declined for any reason. To update your expiry date please follow these steps:


1. Login to our member area at http://moneytalks.net/login.html


2. You will then be taken to the membership area. Near the top of the right hand column you will see a link called "Update your Credit Card". 


3. Click on this link and it will take you to a page where you can enter your new credit card details.
